In partnership with Apex Oilfield Services and United Communities we raised over $3000 in hosting Martin Parnell’s 110th marathon on Saturday, June 19th in United’s SW community of Silverado. Thank you to those who laced up for a great cause!

Paul Plakas Talks, Trains & Tortures at the 2nd Annual Health, Fitness & Sport Expo
Paul Plakas, host and fitness expert on the Gemini award winning show X-Weighted and X-Weight Families (on Slice Network) will be putting attendees through functional fitness workouts and providing insight in his presentation “How to how to be lean, fit and pain free in the 21st century”. Attendees can pre-register or, depending on space, join in for one of Paul’s thirty-minute classes at 1p.m. and 3p.m. Paul is available for interviews via telephone prior to the Expo or at the event.
